Kirkby High School
From 2+, we’re proud to offer fun weekly classes for all abilities in our partner venue, Kirkby High school. We can help your child to learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics or improve their current gymnastic skill level and improve your child's fitness and well-being. We will support your budding gymnast as they learn the skills, grow in confidence, collect awards, have fun and make new friends along the way!
All of our classes are paid for by monthly direct debit which guarantees your gymnast’s class week in, week out. This venue runs for 45 weeks of the year and does not run throughout August. Your direct debit payments are spread across 12 months to cover your 45 weeks of lessons throughout the year. A direct will still be taken in August to cover the cost of your lessons throughout the year. If you have any queries, please call us on 0161 979 0611.

Session Times and Details
Please see bottom of the page for class days & times and for the availability. There are 2 programmes that will be used, Beth Tweddle Gym Stars and Beth Tweddle Aacdemy. Throughout the Beth Tweddle Gym Stars and Beth Tweddle Aacdemy programme the gymnast will work through the badges and aim to achieve an award every 10-15 weeks.Your Session and Clothing
Please arrive about 10 - 15 mins prior to the start of your session. Please make sure that your child has used the toilet prior to the session starting. Gymnasts are required to wear t-shirts and short/tracksuit bottoms/leggings. No bare midriffs. They will train in bare feet. Long hair needs to be tied up and no jewellery is permitted. Earrings must be removed and if they can't be removed, they need to be taped up. At the end of a session, the children will be released back to their parent/guardian one by one to ensure their safe return. please make sure your child brings a drink with them to their session.
Equipment
The classes run in the sports hall with lots of mats, benches, springboard, vault, Bars and a trampette, along with handheld equipment to teach the gymnasts co-ordination
Spectator Policy
We do not allow spectators for any of the sessions. Please do not use your mobile phone whilst in the gym and any use of photography equipment is strictly prohibited.
