Discovery with Beth is a unique baby movement class for babies aged 0-2 years centred around:
• Active play to develop key physical movement
• Quality time for you and your baby
• Having fun!

This package of 4 x 20-25 minute weekly virtual sessions includes:
• Fun activities and themes developed by Beth Tweddle and her team to stimulate your baby’s senses through active play, movement, learning and exploring
• Guidance in how to help your baby develop their movement skills through fun and active play
• Bespoke songs and music to move with your baby to
• Activities that enable you to work at your own/your baby’s pace and stage of development
• Storytime to fit in with the theme of the week

Our fun lessons are based around activities which are adaptable for any baby between 0-2 years and encourage exploration and creativity, such as zooming into space, going shopping, making lunch, exploring the ocean, building a castle and hunting for treasure.

More specifically, our sessions will cover the below skills:
Reaching, holding, clapping, copying, rolling, following, exploring, sitting, crawling, cruising, walking, bouncing, wiggling, learning, pointing, hiding and finding things, balancing, and anything else that encourages moving and having fun!
