Kate started gymnastics at the age of 7 up to the age of 16. She began volunteering at her local gymnatics club when she 12 and carried on to achieve her L1 qualifcation.
Within her gymnatics career Kate has competed both in England and Internationally and gain a place on the north west team in 2013.
Once Kate stopped gymnastics she joined a cheer team and she now competes for BGC. She has also gained her L4 cheer qualifcation.
