Beth visit Ruthin and Denbigh GC

Beth visited Ruthin and Denbigh GC in North Wales on Sunday 28th May 2012 for their healthy ticket day.

We arrived to find the gym decorated for the event with lots of banners and flags up! Beth made her entry and did a presentation on her career, inspiring the young gymnasts to continue and keep fighting to achieve their dreams.

The gymnasts of the club then did a fantastic display for us and their parents, showcasing their skills on floor and vault. They were then coaches on floor by Beth ending with them having a handstand competition with her! 

The club were extremely hospitable and provided a buffet lunch for us, with some amazing chocolate cupcakes with GB flag butterflies on as made by one of the coaches, Beth! A great day was had by all and we hope we will be invited back again next year!
