Christmas Celebrations in the Liverpool Academies!
As you are aware we have been working to plan our Liverpool Christmas party. With over 400 gymnasts attending our academies on a weekly basis, this has proved very difficult and was going to be highly costly for all involved. We would also have only been able to invite 25% of our gymnasts to this party due to venue capacities, and we would love to be able to celebrate with all of our gymnasts.
We have decided to get all of our gymnasts involved in our Christmas festivities by having each academy hold their own celebration night. This will be taking place on the final night of this term (week commencing 10th December 2012, Monday 17th December for Childwall customers) in your child’s usual academy time slot.
The gymnasts will be spending the night playing games with their coaches, with Christmas music playing to celebration this special time of year. The coaches will be in Santa hats or Rudolph noses – however creative they can be and we suggest our gymnasts come the same with tinsel in their hair, Christmas hats on or anything else you can think of to dress them up in. They will also be presented with their badges and certificates at the end of their session that they have achieved this term. All they will need to bring along is their drink and lots of Christmas spirit!
We would like to invite our parents in to celebrate the end of 2012 as well to watch the gymnasts enjoy their session, receive their badges and generally get to know each other better, as well as having the opportunity to chat to your child’s coach and get to know them a little better as well!
All we ask is that you hand your child’s coach £2.00 per gymnast in cash before Sunday 2nd December 2012 as entry to the party session. The gymnasts will all also leave the party with some exciting Christmas goodies, and will hopefully sleep early if we can tire them out enough J
