IMPORTANT NOTICE: Gateacre Academy 25th September 2012

Gateacre School have informed us that we are not able to have access to the hall on Tuesday 25th September 2012 due to it being open evening at the school. However, St Julie’s Catholic High School which is just 1.5 miles down the road in Woolton have kindly allowed us the use of their gym next Tuesday evening so we can continue to deliver our sessions to our gymnasts. 

 

Gymnasts will attend their normal time slot sessions, with their normal coaches.

When you arrive at the school please make your way to the main school entrance. One of the coaches will be awaiting your arrival and all gymnasts will go over to the gym together which is through the courtyard of the school and up the stairs, into the building on the right and down the end of the corridor is the gymnasium. When you pick the gymnasts up, if you cannot get into the school if there is no one at reception to let you in, one of the coaches will bring the gymnasts over to you at the main reception. No gymnast will be allowed to leave the premises unless they are with a parent or a guardian so please ensure you are on time to collect them.

 

Sessions will return to normal in the Gateacre School the following Tuesday 2nd October 2012.
